Association

The Plumbing – Heating – Cooling Contractors National Association, founded in 1883, is the oldest trade organization in the construction industry and the largest in the industry. Our association represents all segments of the p-h-c industry, performing all types of work, from residential and commercial, new construction and service/repair, to industrial and institutional. Today, PHCC has more than 3,500 contractor members from open and union shops, who work throughout the United States and Canada.

The Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling Contractors Association of the Greater Los Angeles Area (PHCC-GLAA) is a professional trade association representing the P-H-C contractors in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. PHCC-GLAA was established in 1906 as a resource for the P-H-C industry in Southern California.The associations primary activities are the representation of members, promotion and advancement of the P-H-C industries and the training and education of those in the industry. The PHCC-GLAA Training Program was created in 1968 to train and educate those seeking a career in the P-H-C fields.

PHCC-GLAA is a member driven association which is dedicated to growth of the P-H-C industry from legislation to veteran & back to work programs to code development. PHCC-GLAA is also a benevolent organization supporting many charities including Children’s Bureau-L.A. through members generous donations to Copper for Kids and veteran organizations such as Our Heroes Dreams lending support to veterans in need.
