Support
As a member you have access to hundreds of individuals with decades of knowledge. Along with this you have access to affiliate companies that help support the associations members, offering support in training and service.
Resources
Association members have access to resources not easily available to non-members. Lessons on business operations, strategies, processes as well as access to resources like legal counsel, Human Resources and access to industry vendors come from a associations. Additionally associations offer industry specific skills training for yourself and employees.
Business Opportunities
Developing leads can be difficult for many business owners. An association’s educational programs can help teach an owner how to develop their business skills.There’s also informal opportunities through other members. New customer leads often come from other contractors as they may not be able to perform the needed services and refer customers to other contractors.

Association membership helps to inspire growth in yourself while also affirming your knowledge and skills. Associations offer opportunities to connect with others in your trade through meetings, conferences, trade shows. Many businesses owners develop life-long relationships through their association involvement.
Active Members shall be member firms which are actively engaged in the plumbing, heating, cooling and piping contracting business, which are within the charter area of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, and are licensed by the State of California, whose licenses are in good standing, to do plumbing, heating, cooling and piping contracting, and who are properly registered and licensed in compliance with local ordinances, where required.
A first time PHCC contractor member. These members maintain the status of introductory member for a total of 24 months. 1st year: From start date through December 31st of year (50% off dues) 2nd year from January 1 – December 31st of second year (25% off dues) Introductory members are not eligible to vote and do not receive free meals at events/meetings.

Industry Affiliate Members shall be a special industry affiliated group consisting of individuals representing companies in the plumbing, heating, cooling and piping industry.
